PT Aerotrans Indonesia is committed to implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices in an effort to achieve Aerotrans' vision and mission. 

The Code of Conduct is one of the Company's commitments that translates the Company's core values into behavioral interpretations. 

The ethical standards applied by Aerotrans are based on values that are believed to be superior values, namely: Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, Collaborative (AKHLAK) in business and behavior. Aerotrans encourages all of its employees to always uphold and implement these values. 

The code of business ethics and behavior serves as a reference for the Commissioners, Directors, Leaders, and Employees of Aerotrans in managing the Company in order to achieve Aerotrans' vision, mission, and objectives. 

1. Transparency

The Company always provides correct, accurate and timely information to all Stakeholders. The Company believes that the implementation of transparency principles properly and appropriately will avoid conflicts of interest with various parties. 

2. Accountability

All organs of corporate governance have the principle of accountability with clarity of function, structure, system, and systematic accountability. This can be seen through the management of the Company that separates duties and responsibilities and clearly outlines the functions, rights, obligations, and authorities of each governance organ. 

3. Responsibility

The Company's accountability is evidenced by compliance with applicable regulations, protecting all employees by implementing occupational health and safety, and protecting the environment through sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility programs. 

4. Independence

The management of the Company is carried out professionally without any conflict of interest and influence from any party that is not in accordance with the Laws and Regulations and sound corporate principles. 

5. Fairness

The Company provides fair and equal treatment in fulfilling the rights of all Stakeholders based on the prevailing laws and regulations. Through this principle, the Company manages all assets properly, resulting in the protection of Shareholders' interests in an honest and fair manner. For the Company, the principle of fairness is the soul to monitor and ensure fair treatment among various interests in the Company. 

6. Whistle Blowing System

Aerotrans employees are committed to always implement the laws and regulations of Aerotrans. Aerotrans is obliged to receive and ensure that complaints about violations of the Company's Rules and Regulations are processed in a reasonable and timely manner.
